Purification of Bmoo FIBMP I from Bothrops moojeni venom. (a) Ion-exchange chromatography of Brazilian B. moojeni venom on DEAE Sephacel. The fibrinogenolytic activity was greater in fraction D4. (b) Gel filtration on Sephadex G-75 column. Fibrinogenolytic and azoproteolytic activities were observed for D4G2 fraction. (c) Affinity chromatography on Heparine Agarose resin.
