Distribution of CIK in the mature cauda sperm cytosolic and plasma membrane: sperm cells after washing in RPS medium were sonicated and then centrifuged in high-speed centrifuge. The resulting supernatant is sperm cytosol. Sperm plasma membranes were isolated by a two-phase polymer method. Distribution of CIK was determined by ELISA as described in Section 2. These data shown are for 5 experiments.
