Flow cytometric cell cycle analysis for the melanoma cells with or without trehalose treatment. Cell cycle was analyzed by PI staining and apoptosis was analyzed by annexin V staining. Results indicated that trehalose treatment led to the cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in a dose dependent manner. Data shown are the percentage of cells counted.
