PBMCs were isolated and stained for CD45, CD11b, and CD115. The population positive for the common leukocyte antigen, CD45, was analyzed for CD11b+ myeloid cells and CD11b+/CD115+ monocytes. The percentage of these populations appearing to have a positive signal for GFP is shown. Data is presented as mean ± SD ( ).
