Synergistic Radioprotection by Gamma-Tocotrienol and Pentoxifylline: Role of cAMP Signaling

<table>Effect of GT3-PTX combination on lipid peroxidation in liver microsomes. Lipid peroxidation was measured in millimolar amounts in the ferrous ammonium sulfate and NADPH stimulated liver microsomes incubated with various amounts of GT3 and PTX. Formation of lipid hydorperoxide, mainly malondialdehyde, was measured as a function of thiobarbituric acid reactive species per 23 mg of protein from the microsomes.
