Superimposed structures of the eight P25 proteins with Pvs25 (C-alpha atoms only) after structural alignment using program STAMP. Superimposition between theoretical 3D models of P25 proteins, and template Pvs25 shows similarity in the overall fold of the proteins. B loop of EGF domain II shows maximum conformational variations in P25 family. The 22 cysteines of the P25 family are conserved in all the members.
