Ramachandran plots for the models of P25 proteins using X-ray crystallographic structure of Pvs25 (PDB code 1Z27) as template. The number of residues in most favored region, allowed region, the generously allowed regions is shown below the Ramachandran plots. No residues were found in the disallowed regions of the Ramachandran plots of any of the six members of P25 family studied.
