The normalized Zn K-edge EXAFS absorption data for the Zn1−xBexSe ternary alloy samples with the composition (x) values of 0.0 (ZnSe), 0.06 (A), 0.16 (B), 0.27 (C), 0.33 (D), and 0.42 (E). The spectra are processed by using pre edge and post edge lines and spline-fitted background subtraction, as depicted before in Figure 1.
