EGFR inhibition reduces TNF-α, KC, and IL-1α in keratinocytes following UV exposure. Subconfluent keratinocytes were treated with 1 μM AG1478 or the vehicle DMSO. Cells were exposed to 600 J/m2 UV and cell lysate (left panel) and media (right panel) were prepared at 16 h for cytokine analysis using Luminex technology.
