The length of each color coded descriptor and the pyramidal view are a measure of their performances in terms of MCC. The best performer was amino acid and dipeptide composition in combination (0.6931) followed by amino acid composition (0.6765), dipeptide composition (0.6637), and Norm M-B autocorrelation (0.6449) in that order.</table>
