Triangular orientation of the key amino acids. R68, S103, and K125 can be seen in a triangular orientation which is responsible for hydrogen bond formation represented by red dotted lines along with their distances. The binding of these residues is responsible for conformational changes in AtPOT1b leading to a firm grip for ssDNA.
