Sublingual Immunotherapy Induces Regulatory Function of IL-10-Expressing CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ T Cells of Cervical Lymph Nodes in Murine Allergic Rhinitis Model

Antigen-specific allergic responses in sublingually treated mice with allergic rhinitis. Mice were sublingually administered with PBS alone or OVA followed by intraperitoneal sensitization and nasal challenge with OVA. OVA-specific IgE levels in serum were assayed by sandwich ELISA. The data are representative of three independent experiments containing three to five mice in each group. Significance was evaluated by Kruskal-Wallis test. .
