Effect of calcium ion on the stability of SC-T. The enzyme was kept at 30°C and pH 8.0 for 0–8 h in the presence of 10 mM CaCl2 (closed symbol) or 10 mM EDTA (open symbol), and then the remaining activity at 30°C and pH 8.0 was determined.
