AFM images of the dinucleosome sample incubated in Tris-HCl buffer (10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 4 mM MgCl₂). The nucleosomes concentration was 0.8 nM, the sample was incubated at 4°C for 30 min without CHAPS (a) and with CHAPS (b).
