Apparent dissociation constants for the binding of ZPT2-14 to target sequences with 5- and 10-base spacings. Apparent dissociation constants of ZPT2-14ZF to two types of sequences with different spacing were determined as described in experimental procedures. The data are averages of four experiments, with bars representing standard deviations. The probes are essentially the same as AGT-10-AGT and ACT-5-AGT sequences shown in Figure 3 except for the mutated bases.
