DTNQ-Pro, a Mimetic Dipeptide, Sensitizes Human Colon Cancer Cells to 5-Fluorouracil Treatment

Sensitivity of the D-Caco-2 cells the to 5-FU. Both Caco-2 and D-Caco-2 cells were plated in 96-well microtitre plates at the density of cells/plate. After 4 h, cells were exposed to different concentration (0–200 μM) of 5-FU for 48 h. The percentage of inhibition was calculated with the formula reported in methods. Experiments were performed in triplicate.
