Advances in Nonlinear Vibration
Description
The main focus of this issue is nonlinear vibrations and the oscillatory motion of nonlinear systems, including truly nonlinear oscillator, oscillator with time variable parameter, forced vibrations, and parametrical vibration. Analytical solution methods for such dynamic systems and experimental studies of their dynamic behaviour as well as methods for vibration elimination, vibration absorber design, and related engineering applications are also welcome.
We invite authors to submit original research articles as well as critical reviews to this special issue. We are interested in articles on oscillatory motion and vibration of highly nonlinear oscillatory systems, which are relevant to science and engineering applications. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
- Strong nonlinear oscillatory systems
- Asymptotic methods in truly nonlinear oscillators
- Application of the asymptotic methods in oscillations of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems
- Nonlinear vibration absorbers
Before submission authors should carefully read over the journal's Author Guidelines, which are located at http://www.hindawi.com/journals/jam/guidelines/. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal Manuscript Tracking System at http://mts.hindawi.com/ according to the following timetable:
