Influence of Adult Knee Height, Age at First Birth, Migration, and Current Age on Adult Physical Function of Bangladeshi Mothers and Daughters in the United Kingdom and Bangladesh

Total score (unadjusted) of the Guralnik short physical performance battery for each participant by age. For the “mothers” a score <7 indicates a low level of physical performance for the lower limbs. For the daughters it is suggested that a score <11 indicates low physical performance. Linear regression is used to fit the distribution of scores for each subgroup (mother UK, mother BD, etc.). These regression lines represent between-individual change and not aging.
