Additional relevant information and results
This PDF file provides additional relevant information and results: the parameters in the GEDI software, the results of GEDI maps produced with different parameters, results showing the differences between Sq2 and other Sq samples in more details, and the description of the method of GO-based EASE functional enrichment analysis.
Detailed gene information
This is a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet containing the detailed gene information of the 4 “gene islands” in the SmC-Lung difference map and the result of EASE analysis of functional enrichment for these 4 islands. The first 4 sheets contain the gene information, such as Affymetrix ID, GEDI Map coordinates, gene symbols, and gene ontology terms for genes on each of the 4 islands. The last 4 sheets contain the results of GO based EASE functional enrichment analysis of the 4 islands.
