Mobilization of DiI-labeled iPSCs to the liver of mice with AHF. DiI fluorescent staining was used to trace the migration of the cells in the body. The transplanted DiI-labeled iPSCs was indicated as red spots under dark field microscopy (b) in the damaged liver area in TAA-treated mice. White arrows indicated the DiI-labeled iPSC and results indicated histological examination under (a) light field; (b) dark field.
