Pulsed Current-Voltage-Induced Perturbations of a Premixed Propane/Air Flame
Figure 3
The effect of +2.7 kV variable voltage pulse width time, from 10 ms to 0.5 ms, on flame structure perturbation. Corresponding plots show strong positive correlation between combined Raman temperature and CH (A-X) chemiluminescence image signal intensity. The voltage pulse is applied to a Φ = 1.1 flame. All images were taken with the same time delay (2 ms) from the end of the pulsed voltage. The white box in the upper-left corner of each image is 5 mm by 5 mm.
