Scheme of eastern blotting for glycyrrhizin using antiglycyrrhizin MAb. Sugar moiety was cut by NaIO4 to lease aldehyde group which conjugated to protein which can be fixed to membrane. An aglycone part was recognized by MAb resulting in staining.
