Comparison between the biomimetic catalysis and horseradish peroxidase (HRP). The indicated E.U. of HRP was incubated in a final volume of 1 mL of 25 mM buffer pH 5, 10 mM NaHS, and 8.8 mM H₂O₂. PP-PVA/FeTFPP catalysis occurred in the same conditions described in Figure 3 (𝑛=5).
