Effect of Perovskite Film Preparation on Performance of Solar Cells

<div>XRD patterns of MAPbI<sub>3</sub> films, where MAI was deposited on the top of the PbI<sub>2</sub> layers. The MAPbI<sub>3</sub> films depended on the different preheating substrate temperature of room temperature, 30°C, 50°C, 70°C, and 100°C, respectively.</div>
