Mass spectrometry analysis of F3: total ions count over 65 min (a); TOF MS at 25.6 min (b). Full scan was performed from 400 to 1250 Da. Signals at m/z 447.63, 559.04, 745.05, and 1117.07 are quintuple, quadruple, triple, and double peaks of the same peptide (YRISRQEARNLKNNRGQE). Other peaks are for peptides with the same retention time.
