miR-204 decreases LNCaP and PC3 cell viability but has no effect on VCaP and NCI-H660 viability. Changes in cell viability of LNCaP, PC3, VCaP, and NCI-H660 cells transfected for 24 h with either AllStars Negative siRNA, MiSrcipt Inhibitor Negative Control, miR-204 mimic, or miR-204 inhibitor in increasing dosages (2, 10, 20 nM) were assessed using cell viability kit CCK-8.
