Inhibition of extraperitoneal TC-1 tumour growth by i.p. delivered siE6/7-containing PEGylated lipoplexes in mice. Mice received siRNA treatments on days 3, 7, and 10 following tumour cell inoculatios and tumour size was measured using callipers on day 13. All siRNAs were delivered using PEGylated liposomes (LP). Five mice were used per treatment group, and the error bars represent standard deviations. , significantly different from the vehicle-only treatment group.
