Western blot analysis of the expression levels of p38 MAP-kinase, the p42/44 MAP-kinases, and their phosphorylated forms, RhoA and Cdc42 was performed after each treatment. BC: blank control, ODN: treated with ODN alone, AC: treated with atelocollagen alone, AC + ODN: treated with AC formulation. p38 MAP-kinase activation was only enhanced by the AC formulation.
