Antioxidant Sol-Gel Improves Cutaneous Wound Healing in Streptozotocin-Induced Diabetic Rats

Scavenging abilities of saline (S), Pluronic F127 (F), antioxidant saline (SC), and antioxidant sol-gel (FC) for HOCl (a), H₂O₂ (b), and O₂⁻ (c) after 0 and 6 hours of preparation. Fresh-prepared (0 hour) antioxidant saline and antioxidant sol-gel significantly decreased HOCl, H₂O₂, and O₂⁻ counts when compared to saline. After 6 hours of air exposure, the antioxidant ability is significantly reserved in FC group when compared to SC group.
