The effect of FFAs on the expression of LYRM1 mRNA in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Differentiated 3T3-L1 adipocytes were treated with 1 mM FFAs for the indicated periods (up to 24 h). LYRM1 mRNA levels were analyzed using quantitative real-time RT-PCR and normalized to β-actin levels.
