Regulation of <i>LYRM1</i> Gene Expression by Free Fatty Acids, Adipokines, and Rosiglitazone in 3T3-L1 Adipocytes

<table>The effect of rosiglitazone on the expression of <i>LYRM1</i> mRNA in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Differentiated 3T3-L1 adipocytes were treated with 0.5 <i>μ</i>M rosiglitazone for the indicated periods (up to 24 h). <i>LYRM1</i> mRNA levels were analyzed using quantitative real-time RT-PCR and normalized to <i><i>β</i>-actin</i> levels.
