Metformin Rescues the MG63 Osteoblasts against the Effect of High Glucose on Proliferation

Treatment with high glucose significantly inhibited the proliferation of MG63 cells. And metformin could rescue this effect. Cell proliferation was tested by CCK8 assay as described in the methods at day 1, day 3, and day 7. Data represent mean ± SD of three separate experiments.
