Chi-square test showed that there was significant difference (𝜒² = 29.101, 𝑃 < 0.001) among groups. Further partitioning chi-square analysis showed that there was also significant difference between groups (*DM versus Ctrl, 𝜒² = 26.039, 𝑃 < 0.001; ^#APP versus Ctrl, 𝜒² = 8.36, 𝑃 < 0.01; ^$APP versus DM, 𝜒² = 4.733, 𝑃 < 0.05).
