Results of the Short Form-36 questionnaire, presented as median (IQ-range) or mean (±SD). Eighteen patients and 15 healthy controls completed the questionnaire. RP = role limitations due to physical health, RE = role limitations due to emotional problems, PCS = physical component summary and MCS = mental component summary. All < 0.001 except RE: = 0.02, MH: = 0.04, and MCS: = 0.02.
