The Role of Some Chemokines from the CXC Subfamily in a Mouse Model of Diabetic Neuropathy
Figure 1
Mouse streptozotocin (STZ) model of diabetic neuropathy. Effects of single STZ (200 mg/kg; i.p.) administration on plasma glucose concentration (a); nociceptive threshold (tail-flick test) (b); allodynia (von Frey test) (c); and hyperalgesia (cold plate test) (d) measured at day 7. The data are presented as the mean ± S.E.M. (4–16 mice per group). The results were evaluated using Student’s -test. and indicate a significant difference versus naïve animals.
