Comparison of thresholds for electrical activation of C-fibres, latencies of C-fibre evoked responses of WDR dorsal horn neurones, and electrically evoked responses of WDR neurones in the HFD/STZ model of diabetes, compared to HFD/Veh and Lean/Veh controls at day 49 after model induction ( neurones in rats per group). Data are mean ± SEM. There were no statistical differences between the groups (Kruskal Wallis test).
