Inhibition data from Arg-1, Arg-2, and Mem-T are shown in blue, green, and red, respectively. All experiments were done in duplicate in the presence of 150 mM NaCl. The data points are average values for the kinetic parameters, and the uncertainty bars are SEM values calculated from duplicate reactions. Curves (where the data could be fitted) represent four-parameter nonlinear least squares fits of the inhibition data to the IC₅₀ equation [19].
