Correlation between urinary EV miRNAs levels and the urinary albumin excretion rate in T2DM patients with normoalbuminuria and microalbuminuria. A significant correlation between miRNA-192 levels and the UAER was detected. miRNA levels were normalized to cel-miR-39 and were calculated using the method. miR-192 expression was significantly correlated with the urinary albumin excretion rate. Data were compared by Spearman’s rank order correlations ().
