Immunohistochemistry showing the localization of DUSP9 protein in placental tissues from mothers with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) or with normal pregnancies. As negative controls, tissue sections were incubated in parallel with isotype IgG at the same concentration as the primary antibody or with only secondary antibody without primary antibody.
