      {initialize 𝑉_DD=1.3V

       for 0.13um≤𝐿𝑅𝐹𝑃≤1.3um

        {Find smallest 𝑊₁,𝑊₂  which satisfy:

          0.26um≤𝑊₁,𝑊₂≤2.6um,

          𝐺𝑎𝑖𝑛>1.4,

          Voltage Swing 𝑅𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜>0.95,

          Signal Slope 𝑅𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜<5,

          if above is possible,

          then store parameters

       Find LRFP which gives 𝐼_𝐵 and Δ𝑉
