Design and Automation for Integrated Circuits and Systems
Call for Papers
The tools and techniques, electronic design automation (EDA) community, need to break the microsystem design bottleneck. Typically, these tools and techniques are required to achieve a required level of micro-/nanosystem deigns. With the passage of time, the revolution in technology shrinks the size of modern integrated chip with several processing elements with many design challenges. This special issue invites papers to address the following scopes in the field of design and automation for integrated circuits and systems. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
- Nanodevices in analog circuits
- Interface circuits for MEMS/NEMS
- Computer-aided design, synthesis, and verification
- Computer-aided 2D and 3D interconnect analysis and optimization
- Computer-aided timing, power, and reliability analysis
- FPGA design tools and applications
- Network on chip
- Embedded control systems
- Digital circuits and systems and VLSI
- Signal processing/digital signal processors
- Asynchronous circuits and systems
- Routing in nanometer VLSI
