Do the Changes in the Serum Levels of IL-2, IL-4, TNF , and IL-6 Reflect the Inflammatory Activity in the Patients with Post-ERCP Pancreatitis?

Serial concentrations of IL-2, IL-4, TNF and IL-6 before and within 24 hours after ERCP in the patients (a) with post-ERCP pancreatits and (b) without pancreatitis. Bars represent mean  ±  95% CI. The differences between two groups were evaluated by Mann-Whitney U test. P values were indicated above the boxes when a level of significance less than or equal to .05 was reached in comparisons of study groups.
