The production of IL-12 and IFN-γ of CIK cultured with K-ras antigen-pulsed DC (experiment 2.4). In the supernatant of group K-ras-DCCIK cultured for 14 days, IFN-γ and IL-12 levels were highest, K-ras-DCCIK versus DCCIK and CIK (). And levels in group DCCIK were also higher than those of CIK (). It is demonstrated that after coculture of CIKs and k-ras-DCs, IFN-γ and IL-12 levels in the cell supernatants can be apparently increased.
