^aPMN (3×10⁶/mL) were cultured in media alone (—) or stimulated with Mtb strains (H37Rv, LAM, H, M) at 1 : 2 Mtb : PMN ratio for 3 h, in the presence or absence of the specific inhibitors of p38 (SB), ERK (PD) or NADPH oxidase (DPI). Thereafter, CD11b expression (MFI) was measured by flow cytometry.
