Effects of the treatments with OVA on CD4 and CD8 subsets of IELs. Freshly isolated IELs from BALB/c (a) and DO11.10 (b) mice were gated for CD3+ cells and analyzed for expression of CD8α, CD8α/CD8β, and CD4/CD8α by flow cytometry. No significant difference was found in the frequency of IELs of any subset in both strains of mice. In (c), data represent mean ± SEM () in each group in three independent experiments.
