Co-culture experiments. Tumor cells were Co-cultured with huPBLs of four different healthy donors in the presence of CT for 48 hours. Thereafter, numbers of viable tumor cells were quantified by flow cytometry using microsphere beads as calibrator. Untreated cells without CT were set as 1 and all other data were given as -fold increase. Experiments were performed in duplicates.
