At 6 w, rBCG::85A versus rBCG::261, rBCG::AB versus rBCG::261 with a in anti-Ag85A IgG antibodies; rBCG::85B versus rBCG::261, rBCG::AB versus rBCG::261 with a in anti-Ag85B IgG antibodies. At 24 w, rBCG::85B versus rBCG::261, rBCG::85A versus rBCG::261, and rBCG::AB versus rBCG::261 with a in anti-Ag85A IgG antibodies; rBCG::85B versus rBCG::261, rBCG::AB versus rBCG::261 with a in anti-Ag85B IgG antibodies. All groups induced higher levels of antibodies at 24 weeks than those did at 6 weeks .
