Kinetics of specific antibodies anti-Sm200/Sm29 in sera of mice vaccinated with GPI-Proteins preparations. Sera of 10 immunized mice per group were collected prior first immunization and at days 15, 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 after first immunization and assayed by ELISA for IgG (a), IgG1 (b), IgG2a (c), and IgE antibodies (d). Control group was injected with PBS plus Freund adjuvant. Arrows indicate times of three immunizations. Results are presented as the mean absorbance measured for each group per day of sera collection. Asterisks indicate statistically significant differences of vaccinated groups compared to control group (). Results are representative of two independent biological experiments.
