(b) IκBα in whole-cell lystes and NF-κB p65 in nuclear extracts as mentioned were determined by Western blot with antibodies. β-actin and Lamin B loading controls are also shown to demonstrate relatively equal protein load across all lanes. The data are representative of three independent experiments showing similar results.
