Analysis of the location and expression of Cyclin E and CDK2 in the cytoplasmic and nuclear of BM-MSCs from SLE patients. ((a), (d)) The locations of Cyclin E and CDK2 in BM-MSCs were tested by immunofluorescence staining. We found that the expression of Cyclin E and CDK2 was notably decreased in nuclear of BM-MSCs from SLE patients, while there were notably higher expressions in nuclears in normal control.
